Terms of Service

Hiraya Therapeutic Massage provides licensed therapeutic massage services only. Our practice is operated under a Colorado Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) credential. We do not offer, solicit, or accept requests for sexual services, illicit activity, or any service outside the scope of licensed massage therapy. Requests of that nature will be declined and the session will be ended immediately without refund. Law enforcement reports may be made when warranted.

Sessions are provided in a professional clinical environment. Clients remain appropriately draped throughout the session. Either the client or the therapist may pause or end the session at any time.

We offer Swedish, Deep Swedish, Deep Tissue Neuromuscular (DTNM), Sports, Prenatal, and Integrative massage — durations from 60 to 120 minutes. Pricing is available on the /services page and on each service detail page. Services are delivered either in-studio (address shown on booking confirmation) or as mobile sessions at a client location within our published service area.

All bookings require prepayment through Stripe. We do not store your payment card numbers; Stripe processes all payment information. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after payment, and a reminder before your session. If the session does not take place due to a reason on our end (therapist illness, studio issue), you will receive a full refund or credit at your option.

Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Please review it before booking.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate intake information, including health conditions that may affect massage safety.
• Arrive on time. Late arrivals shorten the session; the scheduled end time is preserved.
• Behave respectfully. Any harassment, sexualized behavior, or intoxication results in immediate session termination without refund.
• Disclose any changes in health conditions prior to each session.

The therapist reserves the right to decline service at any time for any reason — including but not limited to: observed safety risk, scope-of-practice concerns, harassment, intoxication, or discomfort. Sessions terminated by the therapist for client conduct are non-refundable.

Massage therapy is a complementary health practice, not a medical treatment. Information provided by the therapist is not medical advice. Clients with medical conditions should consult their physician before booking. Hiraya is not liable for adverse outcomes arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare guidance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes will first be addressed in good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be brought before the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
